ACTS outreaches are taking place at Gattard this lent with a special reference to God’s love for every person as evidenced by His death for us and His resurrection in which we all have hope.

Participants are usually Form 4 students and during our sessions they take part in various activities. The ice-breaker helps them relax and open up for the the discussion that follows.

Video presentations are used to start off the discussion and present ideas in a creative way. Every student is given the chance to express himself and share his/her views on the topic. The sharing of real-life stories from the ACTS members and moments of prayer and reflection are also well received by the students.

This is what some students had to say after the session…

For once someone told me that God exists with facts that actually made sense. (Justyn – St Augustine College)

Thank you! It was a beautiful experience which made me understand my relationship with God a lot more . (Maria – St Joan Antide College)

I learned how to accept God in my life and to know my self-worth. (Aimee – St Ignatius College)

They inspired me to pray more. (Adin -St Nicholas College)
